My name is Deirdre Brady and I have a first-class Honors degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and Hypnotherapy having trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited member of The European Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (EAPH) and the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland (APCP) and a member of the Institute of BWRT having qualified as a BWRT( brain working recursive therapy) therapist. On the holistic side I am a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation Teacher and a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. I have a holistic approach in my therapy sessions. Looking at the body as a whole that can hold trauma and affect peoples lives. I offer a safe, understanding and supportive space for my clients in which to explore and resolve difficult thoughts and emotions.

 

I have an integrative psychodynamic approach which means I use a variety of techniques, including Hypnosis, Psychodynamic, Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stress management, coaching helping clients with self care techniques, boundaries, increasing self-awareness, confidence and self-worth, assertiveness and empowerment. My work with clients incorporates inner child work, somatic work, meditation, relaxation, mind-body-spirit connection.
